Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you are entitled to a 'cooling off period' of 14 days after delivery of the product when buying on the internet. Within this period you may return the product without giving any reason.

Making use of the right of withdrawal is legally bound to a number of rules. For example, the product and packaging must be handled with care during the cooling-off period. The product may be used to a limited extent to assess whether the consumer wants to purchase it. The same method of use as would take place with a shop purchase should be considered here. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product including all accessories and packaging. Products that are damaged, incomplete or used for a longer period of time are not eligible for a refund. A request must always be submitted via the Form before returning a product.

The costs and the risk of the return shipment are for your own account. We will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. We would like to receive your bank account number for this.

You may return a product within the right of withdrawal if:

  • You have not used the product, only tested it briefly.
  • There is no visible damage on the product or obvious signs of use.
  • The product and all parts that go with it will be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you including packaging.

Special cases where you cannot use the right of withdrawal:

  • New systems that have been specially assembled for you, if you still want to return them, we will deduct 10% from the purchase price in connection with adjusting / removing extensions.
  • Used Products may always be returned.

We will reduce the amount to be credited if:

  • Products are damaged by the user or on their way back to us.
  • Products or packaging are damaged, described or pasted (so that it cannot be sold as new).
  • Parts are missing in the return shipment
